It’s 2009 and almost everyone has some sort of
Social Networking site (i.e.,

Linkedin).
Any good agent should spend money advertising
on these sites as a means to promote your
home. When I complete the design of your
website for your home, I then share it on
these websites for all friends or potential

WWW.REALTOR.COM - Without a doubt,
Realtor.com is the most viewed national
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) website. Any
home that is listed in the MLS will go on this
site. However, not all Realtors in Charleston
or Huntington pay to enhance their accounts,
leaving your listing with one picture and a
brief description. Not only do I pay to
enhance all my homes for sale, but I also
personalize the description in order to give
the buyer a better feel for just how great
your home is. (Have you ever searched for a
home on Realtor.com and wondered why some
homes have more pictures than others? It’s
because the Realtor hasn’t paid to enhance
their listings. Guess how many homes get
over-looked due to lack of pictures.) A

selling houses, I was shopping for my house on
Realtor.Com. If I saw a home with one picture
or no picture, I thought something was wrong
with it and moved on. As a first time home

Listing your home in the MLS is a definite
must. Being that there are over 800 Realtors
in the Charleston and Huntington, WV Real
Estate market areas, listing your home in the
MLS is sure to increase your exposure and
decrease your home’s time on the market. **It
is important to note that at Great American

Realtors more than most companies when they
