HGTV'S "My House Is Worth What?
As my previous blog mentions, I'm going to be on TV as the featured
Realtor for HGTV'S "My House Is Worth What?" So far there are two episodes
that begin filming on Nov 16th, and 17th. I was supposed to get 3 episodes
but trying to find a third homeowner was quite a daunting task for some
reason. Oh well, the 2 shows I have scheduled are going to be awesome! The
first show will be featuring the home of Kathleen Dubios. Kathleen is the
founder of her own business, Progressity (check out her site:
http://progressity.com ), which is
based out of Charleston and provides marketing and other elements one would
need to run a successful business. Kathleen bought her house a few years
back and has done numerous updates and transformations to her house that she
would like to have reviewed by the best Realtor this side of equator. The
show will highlight these updates and I will give my opinion as to whether
or not they were a wise investment. The second episode will also be filmed
in the South Hills section of Charleston,WV and will be featuring the home
of Tom and Sally Barton. They too have done numerous updates to their home
and would like to know if they would see a return on their home and if so,
could they add an addition to make room for their family. As you may know, I
cannot divulge such information now so I will leave the suspense for the
airing (which will be in the Spring) Their is still time for one more
