HGTV is fine by me!

Well readers, it seems my answer tone by Buck Owens, "Act Naturally" is paying off. They're going to put me in the movies! Well, not the movies but TV(movies is my next step.) I have been selected to be the featured Realtor for HGTV's "My house is worth what" when they come to highlight the Charleston, WV real estate market. The filming starts in November and I will be on three episodes. I know many will be anxioslly awaiting my debut but I will ask you to be patient for it probably will not air until the spring. As of right now, I am need of homeowners in the Charleston area that have lived in the home for more than 2 years and have done a few updates (kitchen, baths, additions etc). The age demographic is 20-40 years old. My job will be to assess how much value the improvements did or did not do and give them a fair market analysis. Spread the word and all you gotta do is….Act Naturally!
